How to remove the second chin

Each woman wishes to preserve for a long time the beauty, youth and health of the skin of the face and body. But, unfortunately, you can’t spend nature, and age-related skin changes sooner or later make themselves felt. How to get rid of the second chin is a problem that worries many of our patients and can contribute to the emergence of a large number of complexes. Often, women use various methods to hide their second chin. A turtleneck with a long collar or an elegant scarf can certainly hide an unpleasant detail of your image, but you must fight with the cause, and not with the consequence.
The most interesting thing is that the vast majority of women are well aware of this, but still do not commit any action. And if they do, then they include one of the most expensive options for getting rid of excess weight: plastic surgery, diet pills, the use of various “unique” cosmetics and much more. All of them are aimed at ensuring that you spend a certain amount of money, but are not completely satisfied with the result.

Second chin: causes
The appearance of the “second” chin is due to several reasons. First of all, this zone is prone to the deposition of excess fat in the subcutaneous tissue – the so-called “fat trap”, due to the anatomical structure of this area. Secondly, the formation of a “second” chin is promoted by a decrease in the tone and elasticity of the skin, as well as the muscular frame of the face. The complexity of the correction of this area is due to so many reasons. However, it is possible and necessary to fight this disease.

How to remove the second chin at home?
The best results can be achieved by preventing the formation of a “second” chin, and also if you start to get rid of it at the first sign of appearance. For example, prevention can be some simple complex exercises that anyone can easily perform at home. Sitting at the table, put your hand on your elbow and rest your chin on your fist. Open your mouth slowly, creating resistance with your fist. Repeat this exercise 30 times 2-3 times a day.

There are also other additional home treatments, such as body wraps. To begin with, the skin must be properly prepared. You can carry out daily massage of the problem area with honey, if, of course, you are not allergic to honey. The composition of this valuable product includes all the necessary nutrients that contribute to skin rejuvenation and it again becomes smooth and supple. An alternative is lemon or lemon juice, which has a similar composition.

However, neither massages, nor various treatments at home may be sufficient to obtain the desired and lasting effect. Today, there are many cosmetic procedures that, in combination with prophylactic methods, will help get rid of the second chin without resorting to surgery.

Second chin: how to get rid?
A medical solution to the problem of the second chin should be comprehensive. At the muscle level, myostimulation and various types of facial massages work to tone and strengthen them. For the correction of local fat deposits in the chin area, mesotherapy with lipolytic drugs and mesodissolution are ideal.

Attention! Ultrasonic liposuction is not permissible in the area of the second chin.

Most cosmetic procedures are aimed at strengthening and lifting the skin: thermolifting, bio-reinforcing, thread techniques for lifting the face contour. Let’s take a closer look at these treatment methods.

Mesotherapy is based on the injection of drugs that destroy fatty tissue, restore skin elasticity and tone. On average, from 6 to 10 procedures are performed to achieve the desired result.

Mesodissolution is a type of mesotherapy based on the introduction of a hypoosmolar cocktail. A cocktail solution is introduced into the problem area, consisting of lipolytics (fat-burning substances) and specially prepared water. Water for injection (solvent) enters the fat cell with the highest concentration of salts. As a result of osmotic transport, the solvent, entering the fat cell, increases the cell in size and leads to its destruction.

Thermolifting is the most popular hardware technique for lifting face skin. This technique consists in exposing the skin to a special nozzle combining vacuum massage and RF energy along massage lines. This procedure, in comparison with injection methods, is painless and very comfortable, not causing adverse reactions from the body and does not require a recovery period. To achieve a visible effect, a course of 5-8 procedures is necessary with an interval of 1 time per week. The effect after this course lasts for 2-3 years.

Bio-reinforcement is an injection procedure, due to which a natural facelift is achieved by forming a “skeleton” due to hyaluronic acid-based preparations.
